It all starts with an idea.

I’m an editor and journalist who works across a broad range of platforms in media, specialising in branded and commercial concepts and copy, social and digital strategy as well as editorial features and news pieces.

As a writer with mild Cerebral Palsy, I’ve worked in editorial and magazines for over a decade and most recently as an Editorial Content Producer for the Tate in London, where I was also a Co-Chair of Tate’s DisABILITY Network.

Previously, I worked as an editor at Sheology Digital based in the UK and Ireland, and also spent over four years as an editor and Senior Staff Writer at IMAGE Media. I began my media career spending five years in regional newspapers.

I’m currently working with various titles in Ireland and the UK as a freelancer, writing regular digital and print media features while I look for my next full time role.

Since my move to London, my bylines have been featured in a variety of UK publications including: BAFTA, British Vogue, Glamour UK, Lonely Planet, Refinery29 UK, Metro UK, Waitrose Magazine, Reader’s Digest UK and Stylist Magazine.

I have contributed many print features to Irish titles including IMAGE Magazine as contributing Books Editor, as well as other national publications. They include The Irish Times, Sunday Times Ireland, Irish Independent, Irish Tatler, Irish Examiner, Rogue Collective and CARA Magazine.

As a Branded Content Consultant, I have worked on various campaigns for Boots, Caudalie, Samsung, L'occitane, Arnotts, Jobbio, Brown Thomas, and more. I’ve also served as a Digital Consultant and Community Manager for multi-award-winning Irish food brand Sadie’s kitchen, among others.

Passionate about disability advocacy, my aim is to continue to publish disability-based features pushing awareness and encouraging change in the arts, film and cultural sectors.
